These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, website, and applications (collectively, the "Services") provided by Streamline ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

• Pricing: Subscription plans are billed at the rates displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
• Payment Methods: We accept Zelle and Bitcoin. Bitcoin payments receive a 15% discount.
• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual).
• No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Services until the end of your current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Use the Services to distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Services without our written consent

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Streamline or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

7. Device Provisioning

If you purchase a pre-configured device from us, the device remains your property upon delivery. Software installed on the device is licensed, not sold, and is subject to the respective software providers' terms of use. We provide setup and configuration assistance as part of the provisioning service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STREAMLINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Streamline and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
